Welcome to the Cashfac SFTP platform. 

You have been granted end user access to this SFTP platform 
(the “SFTP”) as a result of Your employment or licence agreement 
with Cashfac. The following terms & conditions apply to the use 
and access of this platform including any additional employment 
or licence agreement terms which may apply in respect of Your 
use of the information to be accessed or transferred on this 
SFTP, collective the Acceptable Use Policy (“the AUP”).  Please 
refer to your employment contract or licence agreement for all 
other applicable general terms and conditions. If You do not 
agree to accept and comply with the AUP, do not access or use 
this SFTP.

End user access to the SFTP is granted, provided You comply 
with 
our reasonable, instructions relating to the SFTP from time to 
time.

You may not use the SFTP: (a) for fraudulent or unlawful 
purposes, nor allow or encourage others to do so; (b) in any way 
which is offensive, indecent, obscene, menacing or defamatory; 
(c) to gain, or try to gain, unauthorised access to other parts of 
the SFTP; (d) in any way that does not comply with applicable 
laws or regulations (e) You will not disclose or share any 
passwords or security access codes and shall take all necessary, 
measures to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of any 
passwords or security access codes You have been given to 
access the SFTP.

You may not upload onto the SFTP any software, codes, 
instructions or data: (a) which may cause or is intended to disrupt 
the use of or access to the SFTP for all end users, whether such 
corruption or cessation is temporary or permanent including any 
bug or defect, virus, or any undisclosed program routine device 
or other feature or any malicious logic (malware); (b) may or is 
intended to bypass any security measures or gain unauthorised 
access to restricted information on the SFTP; and (c) any 
personal or private data or information which is not intended for 
use of the SFTP under the AUP.   

Any data or information uploaded on the SFTP will automatically 
deleted after a maximum period of 5 days.  

Cashfac reserves the right to monitor any access to the SFTP, to 
ensure compliance with the AUP to the maximum extent 
permitted 
by law.  Any monitoring of the user access to the SFTP shall be 
consistent with the relevant laws or regulations, inc. Data 
Protection legislation. 

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that any 
information under our control is stored securely and safely in 
accordance with good industry practice. However, the internet is 
not 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the 
security of any information you transmit via the SFTP, where it is 
outside Cashfac control.

Cashfac PLC is a registered Account Information Service (AIS) 
and Payment Initiation Service (PIS) provider, reference no. FRN 
805666 at fca.org.uk/register. Cashfac PLC is authorised and 
regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Cashfac reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time, 
effective upon its posting, You hereby agree to the AUP.
